Prepare the Package
Carefully place the item in its original branded box and secure it within a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
